Most of the challenges facing society require an understanding of both biology and chemistry. 老王论坛's biochemistry degree prepares you to tackle those challenges through a challenging array of lecture and discussion classes as well as laboratory courses. Many biochemistry majors participate actively in research during the school year or during the summer.

Health professions schools are competitive. The Master of Science in Biology for the Health Professions is a post-baccalaureate, pre-medical program designed to strengthen you as an applicant for professional health schools, including medicine, dentistry, optometry, and pharmacy.

Students applying to Accelerated Master's Program must have completed at least 60 credit hours of applicable undergraduate study and at least one full semester, or 12 credit hours, at the university. Students must be at least one full-time semester, or 12 credit hours, away from undergraduate degree completion in order to apply.

Applicants are required to have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
