Our M.B.A. program is designed for busy, working professionals, with the flexibility and convenience of at-your-pace online delivery and Mandarin translation. Here鈥檚 what you can expect:
- Video lectures (recorded in English by Stuart faculty, with subtitles in Mandarin), slide presentations, course readings, assignments, and tests are posted online each week
- All materials are offered with Mandarin options, with translation currently being reviewed in consultation with the National Center for Interpretation in the United States
- You can study and complete the curriculum for the week with complete flexibility, at times that are most convenient for you
- You will receive the results of graded assignments and tests shortly after their submission due dates

Our graduates are working in management roles at private sector companies of all sizes, nonprofit organizations, and governmental entities. Examples of the types of roles include CEOs, directors, general managers, consultants, and project managers. Graduates work in business areas and industries across the spectrum, such as marketing, information technology, banking and finance, health care, manufacturing, and many more.
Our students with both STEM and non-STEM backgrounds often choose to pursue an M.B.A. to give them the knowledge and skills to move into upper management positions at their current companies or elsewhere.
