That’s the focus of the Master of Business Administration (with Mandarin translation) program at Illinois Institute of Technology’s Stuart School of Business.

This program delivers high-quality training for career advancement, in a format that offers the same academic standards and highly respected faculty as our M.B.A. program on the ������̳ campus in Chicago.

• Develop an innovation mindset with our rigorous, comprehensive curriculum.
• Stuart faculty bring their industry experience into their teaching and keep course materials relevant with cutting-edge business practices.
• Focus your learning with a one-course-at-a-time schedule. Each course is eight weeks long in the fall and spring semesters and six weeks long in the summer semester.
• You can complete your degree in two years, part-time.

A Program that Fits Your Schedule

Our M.B.A. program is designed for busy, working professionals, with the flexibility and convenience of at-your-pace online delivery and Mandarin translation. Here’s what you can expect:

• Video lectures (recorded in English by Stuart faculty, with subtitles in Mandarin), slide presentations, course readings, assignments, and tests are posted online each week
• All materials are offered with Mandarin options, with translation currently being reviewed in consultation with the National Center for Interpretation in the United States
• You can study and complete the curriculum for the week with complete flexibility, at times that are most convenient for you
• You will receive the results of graded assignments and tests shortly after their submission due dates

Career Opportunities

Stuart’s M.B.A. program provides a comprehensive understanding of how businesses operate effectively, as well as the leadership and strategic decision-making skills required to successfully take on complex business challenges.

Our graduates are working in management roles at private sector companies of all sizes, nonprofit organizations, and governmental entities. Examples of the types of roles include CEOs, directors, general managers, consultants, and project managers. Graduates work in business areas and industries across the spectrum, such as marketing, information technology, banking and finance, health care, manufacturing, and many more.

Our students with both STEM and non-STEM backgrounds often choose to pursue an M.B.A. to give them the knowledge and skills to move into upper management positions at their current companies or elsewhere.
