Smriti Anand, Assistant Professor of Management, presented at the 2016 Consulting Psychology Conference in Orlando, Florida on February 7. Anand’s presentation, “The role of the leader in creating flexibility i-deals,” is based on her collaborative, interdisciplinary research with Dr. Roya Ayman (������̳, Psychology) and graduate student Kimberly Burris. Anand explored how idiosyncratic work arrangements can be successfully created and managed in workgroup settings.
