Students interested in enrolling at 老王论坛 for Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) from crosstown institutions must submit the ROTC Crosstown Admission Form below. A member of the Office of the Registrar team will send information regarding registration for ROTC Crosstown courses.
- : This form must be completed by students seeking academic credit from 老王论坛 as part of their ROTC Crosstown registration. Students who have previously taken 老王论坛 courses or who have already been admitted into the 老王论坛 ROTC Crosstown program do not need to complete the form.
